エリート・ステータス延長
エリート・ステータスについて、中国・香港・マカオ・台湾の会員は2022年2月まで延長が決まっている。
しかしそれ以外の会員（日本を含む）については、対応は決まっていない。

延長するにしろ、しないにしろ、確定したら発表されるものと思います。
無料宿泊特典の期限延長
中国以外の会員（日本を含む）について、無料宿泊特典の期限延長が発表されている。
SPGアメックスに付帯する無料宿泊特典（Eサーティフィケート）も対象。
2020年3月1日以降に期限切れとなる無料宿泊特典については、2021年1月31日まで期限が延長となる。
この期限延長は4月末になってから、システムで自動的に実行される。
(3月～4月で期限切れになった分は、「復活」するような挙動かな？)
Free Night Awards (as part of a credit card benefit, Annual Choice Benefit, Promotion or Travel Package) with an expiration starting March 1, 2020 will be extended through January 31, 2021. The system will automatically complete the updates by the end of April 2020.
Suite Night Awards with an expiration date of December 31, 2020 will be extended to December 31, 2021. The system will automatically complete the updates by the end of June 2020.
「スイートナイトアワード」については、2021年12月31日まで延長。

なおSPGアメックスの無料宿泊特典は、1年に1泊分だけもらえる。
しかし去年の夏にシステムの都合で「2019年分」の期限が延長されていた。

そのため、自分は現在以下の２年分（２泊分）を保有している。
いずれも延長対象の期限ではあるので、ちょっと助かりましたね。
宿泊キャンセルは無料
2020年4月30日まで、滞在24時間前までのキャンセル・変更が無料となる（事前払いのレートも含む）。
すでに持っている宿泊予約はもちろん、今後予約する宿泊についても対象。
またキャンセル・変更する予約の宿泊日は問わない（5月以降の滞在予約についても対象）。
For guests with existing reservations for any future arrival date, including reservations with pre-paid rates that are typically more restrictive, we will allow full changes or cancellation without a charge up to 24 hours prior to arrival, as long as the change or cancellation is made by April 30, 2020. Please note that any changes to existing reservations will be subject to availability and any rate differences.
For guests making new reservations for any future arrival date, including reservations with pre-paid rates, between today and April 30, 2020, we will allow the reservation to be changed or cancelled at no charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival date. 事前払いでもキャンセル・変更が可能なので、そこそこ機動的に予約できそうですね。
ポイント期限の延長
ポイント期限については、8月31日まで一律で延長される。
We have paused Points expiration for those scheduled to expire between now and August 31, 2020.
No changes will be made to the Points expiration date and Points will remain in the Member’s Account through the end of August 2020.
なお、もともとの有効期限は「最後のポイント利用・加算から２４ヶ月」。
